I'm Kaggwe Marvin Victor, a full-stack developer in Kampala, Uganda.

I build web and desktop apps with Python, Django and TypeScript. I like software that solves a real, local problem: a booking app with MTN MoMo and Airtel Money payments for a guest house, a tool that prints Wi-Fi vouchers from a MikroTik router, a platform for returning lost documents.
